Hotmail Problem

Using SlimBoat V1.1.21

HOTMAIL
Have seen this problem since first release.
Cannot attch any files to a new message. When I select the "New" option in Hotmail the new message blank appears, but after a delay of a few seconds the "Insert" fields have a heavy black box suddenly appear around them and it is impossible to select "Attachments" or any other options there.
