This is not strictly a bug but a problem with webpage design and the QuickFill interface with it.

PapaJohns sign in won't bring up the Sign In entries for QuickFill I have to activate my QuickFill for PapaJohns and then click the Sign In link on the webpage to bring it up after which the QuickFill finishes the job.
