some issues with new SB

Post by housema9391 » Sat May 25, 2013 11:44 pm

SB 7 v. 30; You need to type .com now where old version did not need to do that.

Why are the icons in the tool bar so far apart now. Unable to see all additional icons added to the toolbar

Whenever I log into a bank account and need to choose an option, it shrinks and cannot see the full text to choose that option.

Please let me know if I need to customize these options in SB. Thank you.

Tools:Options:Address Bar

try checking the second box from the top and unchecking the third from the top

Tried going into Option and address bar and checking the second box, still not working.

Whenever I log into a bank account and need to choose an option, the text shrinks and cannot see the full text to choose that option.

This sounds like a situation where the webpage was Zoomed to a smaller view with or without you knowing it. What happens is the browser remembers your Zoom settings for that page.

Try pressing Ctrl+0 next time it happens to reset the Zoom for that page

Ctrl+0 is the Control Key held down and then you press the Number Zero above the OP letters and then let all the keys up. The Zero on the keypad won't work for some reason. And the Letter O will not work either. :D

At this point I suggest

make sure you have the latest version to install
uninstall Slimbrowser
restart the computer
install the latest version

give it a go
