I couldn't see an off topic topic here, so here it is. My first topic is other quality pieces of software you use, couldn't live without.

For me it has to be Trillian Pro, which just went to version 2 (public[members only] beta). Multi IM client extraordinaire. this app packs so much clout with its extra features and hardcore plugin system. The $25 annual support fee is worth every converted cent :D If you only buy one piece of software this millenium make it Trillian Pro Trillian Home You will never look back. Oh btw Trillian Pro now supports the open Jabber protocol too Jabber Home

MODS plz plz plz pin this topic :D

Here is another of my "can't live without apps, this time a windows explorer replacement called Directory Opus by GPSoft I don't have the time and I don't want to fill the forum with praise for this package. Although I will say i have used *DO since the early 90's when it was an Amiga product. You have no excuse not to try it because you can get it for free, unrestricted for 60 days. If you only buy 2 products this year, make DO one of them :D

Another little proggy I just love FileMon by http://www.sysinternals.com it's a file monitor as its name suggests and it watches file activity. I used it to track the help files problem I was having with the browser a while back. They have a few other rinky dinky tidbits too, check them out.
