Is FlashPeak based on the Firefox Gecko engine ?

Slimbrowser programmed by "Flashpeak" is an original work of programming that replaces the Internet Explorer front end. That is to say it is a GUI replacement for IE with some unique non-IE features such as File > Groups, File > Language, Tools > Clean Trace, and the Utilities Toolbar.
