Hi :)

Have some questions about your Slimjet project... Do you plan also to create a full status bar or a tabs beyond the Url Bar option? I would also love to see a totally customizable toolbar - since the Forward/Back Buttons of Chromium can not be moved.

Hopefully you implement parts or all of this!

Thanks :)

That's what I hate about Chrome and one reason I'll never use it - if you don't like the buttons where they are - tough! Oh and the automatic updates.

Not long to wait for SJ now. :D http://www.slimjet.com/

I think it will be released with the ability to move the toolbar icons to the right side of the address bar. I'm not sure how much more will be customizable besides that.

So far after trying the test version out, only the additional buttons can be moved a bit, but only in the limited space where they can be added. I seriously had hoped that i could move all navigation elements to different navigation bar places.

Perhaps if something like that will be added to the browser in a future stable version i give it another go. A real fully customizable navigation bar and a full status bar is what i expect at least from a browser. Seems i had way too high hopes of what can be done out of Chromium engine. Thats a pitty :(
