A most excellent program for Process Viewing and Start Programs Viewing. Very small footprint. Does not install any additional programs or nasties. Fully functional with all the expected thrills and frills. There is no documentation/help file but the GUI is very user friendly and for most should be easy to understand what one would do.

CodeStuff Starter 5.6.2.9

I like Mike Lin's Startup Control Panel app better than Starter. No delay either but an even smaller footprint and runs out of the Control Panel.

Get it here:

Your right on target there. The only reason I use Starter instead of Startup CPL is because of the process viewer that is part of Starter. If you look Mike Lin's webpage you will see that he has a new program out that lurks in the background and warns you if a program tries to place itself in your startup. Then if you tell his program to not let the item start it will uncheck the item but leave the entry where it is so you can choose to run it at startup if you change your mind.
